Our reputation is one of our most invaluable assets, and we are determined to keep it that way.

Our business is built on an unwavering commitment to behave responsibly, ethically and in compliance with the law and internal policies. We aim always to follow not only the letter but the spirit of all applicable rules. All colleagues within the Adecco Group, from our Board of Directors to the Executive Committee, line managers and colleagues, are asked to respect this responsibility and act accordingly. Our approach is guided by our global Integrity and Compliance Programme that sets our ambition level and overarching framework.

As the leading talent advisory and solutions company, we are convinced that we win because of the quality of our services. We have a zero-tolerance attitude towards bribery and corruption in all its forms. We do not offer, give or tolerate any illegal payments or other benefits to influence someone to give us an improper commercial advantage, irrespective of location or culture. We also do not allow others to exert such undue influence on us. We seek to avoid even the mere appearance of undue influence. Our global bribery and corruption prevention programme sets our standards and procedures, including training, to ensure compliance across the Group.

We expect the same commitment to legal and ethical behaviour from our business partners. We carefully select third parties and hold them to the same high ethical, social and environmental standards we use for ourselves. This helps ensure we are not part of or party to activities, wherever they take place that may expose us and our stakeholders to unnecessary risks.

Encouraging you to speak up and seek help

We have built and continue to foster an open culture of mutual respect and trust where colleagues can seek help, advice and speak up.
The Adecco Compliance & Ethics [ACE] Reporting Tools have been designed to assist you to report actual or potential violations of the law, the Adecco Group's Code of Conduct, policies or procedures.
Please refer to the Reporting Issues and Concerns section of our Code of Conduct section or visit the ACE Conduct website.
To contact the ACE Hotline, dial your country's access number, which you can find here. If you are calling from the US and Canada, dial 800-279-6315.
You may also submit a written statement through the ACE Reporting Line, click here to access this service.
Calls and written correspondence made through the above-mentioned ACE Reporting Tools will be received 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a third-party service provider with whom the Adecco Group has contracted to receive such messages on the Adecco Group's behalf. When the third party-service provider receives either a telephone call or written correspondence directed to one or more of the Adecco Group's directors, the third party service provider will forward the messages to the Adecco Group's Group Compliance Reporting Office who reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. The Group Compliance Reporting Office will then review the call reports and written correspondence to facilitate the delivery of such correspondence to the Adecco Group's Board of Directors and may recommend actions, if any, that should be taken in response to the correspondence or call reports.
Call reports or correspondence will be forwarded to the intended management or board member(s) unless they are of a trivial nature or otherwise not related to accounting, internal controls, auditing matters, corporate governance or significant issues of safety, health, environment, legal or ethics at the Adecco Group.
